Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in unused and original condition with all packaging intact. If the product is used or damaged upon return, we may apply a restocking fee or deny the return.
Non-Returnable Products: Customized or special-order products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process

Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may be applied to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged during delivery.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@silentboxpro.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Timeframe: Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.
Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided with your RA#.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
